LRT extension to Subang Jaya & Puchong going to materialize (finally & finger crossed)

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) extension to Subang Jaya and Puchong area has been talked about for many years.

How you get the exact location info? For example Stn04 (Ampang line) is Giant Kinrara. The official site only show the large circle, which hard to know the exact location.

Someone mark the station located opposite the Giant Kinrara, which I think is wrong. Just want to clarify with you.

Hi Kenson,

The locations were published in some newspapers last week.

Even different newspapers were having slightly different guess (though 80% are the same), I consolidated the info and use the majority.

agree with yy that it should connect to Putrajaya Sentral so we can tap into ERL.

I agree ... especially areas like USJ and Puchong area....

However, if they have "big enough" parking areas would be much better...

expecting everyone will be parking there as well

THEY SHOULD BE A STATION IN PUCHONG UTAMA WHERE THE RAPID KL BUS TERMINAL EXCHANGE IS. THEREFORE IT WILL BE MUCH MORE CONNECTED

What are they going to do in front of Subang Parade? Build a railway?

This is good alignment that covering most of congested area in Puchong. But, it will be far if people from Puchong wanted to get directly to KL city center. My suggestion, a new line should be built laying from PJ area (possibly connected to Asia Jaya or Taman Jaya station) through Bandar Kinrara station (a new suggested station), Lestari Perdana, Equine Park and will be end at Putrajaya Sentral. If this is possible, it will conveniently cover more area, benefiting more people and journey to KL city center and Putrajaya will become shorter. - Raim Karim

I'm wondering when can I take the LRT at STN Tesco Puchong to STN Asia Jaya? It will be easier for me to reach UM without facing the traffic congestion.
