Bear in mind that although the Tong Shu is a compilation of Chinese astrology and calendaring studies gathering wisdom of thousands of years, we should use it wisely and rationally, but not be too superstitious on it.

Are the dates converted correctly on your list? For instance, June 8, 2013 is shown as 4/30 on the Lunar Calendar. When I check at the western/lunar calendar conversion online, June 8, 2013 is 5/1.

That matching is based on the general character of people born in the year.
Those compatible matching are more likely to be able to get along together, while those incompatible one are more likely to have conflict due to difference in character.
However, this matching based on year of birth is very general, as different people born in the same year will still have different character, even those born in the same day (and even in the case of twins) will have different character too.
Therefore, the important thing is, when both of you are together, especially when living together, do you face frequent conflict or quarrel problem (occasional conflict is OK). If not, then your personal character or personality might still be a good matching to each other, despite the general matching by year of birth (which subject to a high level of deviation) indicates a bad match-up.
